London, Greater London, United Kingdom Rightmove Full time £60,000 - £120,000 per year

We are looking for a:

Senior Data Analyst

Location: London - hybrid, 2 days a week in office

Reporting to: Head Of Partner Analytics

The Role

At Rightmove, you'll join a collaborative, high-impact analytics team that's shaping the future of the UK property market. We're looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to act as the dedicated analytical lead for our Major Accounts segment, delivering robust, commercially grounded insights that demonstrate value, support renewals, and identify growth opportunities.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll manage complex analytical projects end-to-end, presenting findings with confidence to senior internal and external stakeholders. You'll help shape the future of analytics within DNA by adopting AI-enabled workflows, upskilling the team, and steering our transition toward more modern, scalable, data-driven practices.

You'll work side-by-side with sales, product, and partner teams, building strong relationships and championing a culture where analytics drives real business outcomes.

This is your chance to make a visible impact, accelerate your growth, and help set the direction for the future of property technology in the UK.

A typical week as a Product Analyst might involve;

Insight & Analysis:

  • Lead deep analytical projects to understand partner performance, value delivery, and key drivers of change.
  • Build compelling narratives and insight packs that support renewals and strategic account plans.
  • Develop benchmarking, segmentation, and diagnostics to help Major Accounts spot performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

BI & Reporting Excellence:

  • Align partner insight with DNA's BI strategy by using consistent semantic layers and Looker models, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Champion data visualisation and storytelling to ensure insights are accessible, accurate, and actionable.

AI & Innovation:

  • Leverage emerging tools (AI-assisted SQL, Python workflows, automated summarisation) to deliver deeper, faster insight.
  • Act as an AI Analytics Champion: design scalable, automated analytical workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.

Stakeholder & Commercial Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships across Major Accounts, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure analytics drives real business outcomes.
  • Present complex analysis clearly and confidently to senior audiences.

Governance & Leadership:

  • Uphold rigorous data quality, governance, and security standards across all analytical work.
  • Mentor and support analysts—sharing best practice and raising the overall analytical capability across DNA.

We're looking for someone who;

  • Has 5+ years' proven experience in analytics, insight, or related quantitative roles - in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Has a proven and demonstratable track record of delivering insight that influences senior stakeholders and drives tangible business outcomes.
  • Is highly proficient in SQL, experienced with Looker Core (or similar BI tools), and has practical Python or scripting skills used in everyday workflows.
  • Can translate data into commercial impact by showing how metrics drive growth or value for partners.
  • Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly through compelling visualisation and narrative.
  • Is comfortable working within a BI-driven environment: familiar with semantic data layers, data governance, shared definitions, and scalable BI tooling.
  • Has a curious, forward-looking mindset, eager to adopt emerging tools, AI-enabled analytics, and build future-facing workflows.
  • Demonstrates strong project ownership: able to manage multiple initiatives autonomously, prioritise under pressure, and drive results.
  • Is skilled at cross-functional collaboration, bridging analytics with business, sales, product, and partner teams.
  • Has a passion for data, curiosity about partner behaviour, and a genuine desire to help partners extract maximum value.
  • Is willing to mentor and support other team members, contributing to team growth and high analytical standards.
