The Role
As a Hamper Packer, you'll play an essential part in assembling and presenting our high-end hampers. You'll ensure each gift is packed to perfection, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack and arrange items within hampers according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Check product quality, packaging, and presentation before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
- Assist with stock management, labelling, and inventory checks.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
- (Experience in packing, fulfilment, or warehouse work is a plus, but full training will be provided.)
