We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and roofing, demonstrating proficiency with various tools and techniques. This role involves working on diverse roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on various structures.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for roofing tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications.
• Assist in the fabrication of roofing materials as required.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labour as part of daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Engage in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and welding tasks as needed to support roofing projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation is essential.
• Knowledge of schematics and the ability to follow detailed instructions is required.
• Experience in fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, or masonry is advantageous.
• Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
