Residential Conveyancer/Property Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Fee Earner to join a highly reputable and well-established law firm in their Preston or Blackburn office. This is a permanent position, available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering a varied caseload of residential property transactions. The incoming Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Fee Earner will manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, providing expert legal advice to clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
• Advising clients on residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless process
• Managing transactions from instruction to completion, including dealing with lenders and third parties
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service
