Role Overview – Team Leader, H-Beauty Chester

As the Team Leader for our new H-Beauty Chester counter opening in 2026, you will orchestrate the daily operations of the Maison Crivelli counter, guiding a team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver impeccable service and exceed sales expectations. You will be the embodiment of the Maison's values curating exceptional experiences for every guest, mentoring your team, and ensuring the boutique reflects the opulence and refinement synonymous with our house.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Inspire, motivate, and cultivate a team that consistently surpasses individual and collective sales targets.
• Foster a refined, collaborative, and professional atmosphere.
• Deliver ongoing, bespoke training to ensure mastery of product knowledge, brand ethos, and luxury service standards.
• Exemplify excellence in sales, client engagement, and counter presentation.
• Conduct meaningful performance reviews and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
• Ensure team confidence and competence in day-to-day operational duties, from stock management to luxury presentation standards.

2. Customer Experience & Sales

• Uphold Maison Crivelli's exacting standards of personalised service, creating intimate and memorable encounters for each client.
• Lead bespoke fragrance consultations, guiding guests through a curated sensory journey.
• Manage client queries and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and a solution-driven approach.
• Maintain a counter of exceptional visual and olfactory appeal, reflecting the Maison's elegance and sophistication.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee opening and closing procedures with precision and care.
• Monitor and manage stock meticulously, ensuring the seamless availability of our rarefied fragrances.
• Ensure compliance with all operational processes and H-Beauty policies.
• Support the execution of in-store marketing, displays, and promotional initiatives that mirror the Maison's luxurious identity.
• Maintain immaculate standards of organisation, presentation, and hygiene across the counter.

4. Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report sales performance with accuracy and insight.
• Provide detailed feedback on customer preferences and operational matters to the Regional Manager.
• Collaborate on strategies and action plans to optimise sales and enhance counter performance.

5. Compliance, Health & Safety

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols, safeguarding guests, team members, and inventory.
• Promptly report any operational, security, or health concerns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, ideally within fragrance or beauty.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for creating rapport.
• Commercially astute, target-driven, and accomplished in achieving sales objectives.
• Deep appreciation for fine fragrance, luxury products, and the art of creating extraordinary client experiences.
• Composed and decisive under pressure, with excellent organisational abilities.
• Flexible and committed to working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
