Inclusive Insurance Strategy Lead

At AXA UK and Ireland (UK&I), we're developing and delivering an insurance strategy which targets a new customer segment. You'll design and roll out enhancements to products, services and propositions to meet the needs and grow our market share in the modest income segment. We recognise there's an opportunity for AXA UK&I to service this typically under insured customer segment.
AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage AXA UK&I's inclusive insurance programme, ensuring successful delivery, coordination and reporting, aligned with AXA Group framework.
- Become AXA UK&I's inclusive insurance expert and representative.
- Use data and insight to inform and guide strategic development.
- Develop reporting and briefing documents for AXA Group, AXA UK's CEO (Chief Executive Officer) office and AXA UK business units.
- Build AXA UK&I narrative and communication of the strategy across business units.
- Establish governance and stakeholder engagement plan that supports all project planning, report and output creation.
- Own day to day engagement with AXA Group and European Market to identify opportunities to enhance and improve ways of working, supporting engagement and adoption of initiatives.
- Facilitation and lead meetings, working groups and workshops.
- Connect strategic programmes and input with Brand and Sponsorship.

What you'll bring:
- Keen interest in owning and leading a strategic insurance initiative.
- Ability to interpret insight and use data to guide strategic decision making.
- Analysis of Microsoft Excel data to produce summary outputs and reporting for senior leaders.
- Confidence to work independently, managing multiple tasks and projects confidently to tight deadlines.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Skilled in creative outputs and planning, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
