Now,we're on the hunt for an Deputy Manager to help lead our crew,assist in managing day-to-day operations,and make sure every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe some burger crumbs on their face). What You Need:

• Step into the GM's Shoes:When the General Manager's away,you'll step up to oversee all service areas – from the bar to the kitchen and everything in between. You'll keep the team firing on all cylinders,ensuring smooth operations across the board. You'll also take the reins on development,writing rotas,and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time,making sure service never skips a beat.
• Team Support & Leadership: Assist in recruiting,training,and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service. Be the go-to person when the team needs guidance,support,or a little bit of cheerleading
• Customer Service Excellence: We treat every customer like they're your mate coming over for a BBQ. You'll help make sure drinks stay full,food stays fresh,and everyone is having a great time.
• Financial Awareness: Help keep track of sales and labor costs,and assist in maximizing profits. You'll play an important part in ensuring the business is running efficiently.
• Operational Management: Can you keep things running smoothly when the pressure's on? Whether it's managing food wait times or handling customer expectations,you'll help ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Inventory & Supply Assistance: Keep an eye on stock levels and assist with ensuring all deliveries are on time and accounted for. You'll know exactly what's in the walk-in and what's needed next
• Team Development: Assist with performance feedback,supporting your team's growth,and stepping in when the team needs a little extra encouragement or direction.
