Location Sittingbourne, ME10

Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This is an outstanding opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful, independent estate agency operating on a variety of new build sites across the Kent area.

The ideal candidate will be career-driven, articulate, and experienced in selling both off-plan and completed properties. If you have a passion for property and a proven track record in new homes sales, this could be your perfect next step. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing new build property sales from initial enquiry to completion
  • Representing the developer professionally on-site and off-plan
  • Providing exceptional customer service to buyers
  • Guiding buyers through the sales and reservation process
  • Understanding planning and building regulations
  • Working weekends as part of a 5-day week
  • Managing and prioritising your time across multiple developments 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous new homes sales experience (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the property sales process
  • Understanding of planning rules and building regulations
  • High-level communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong organisational and self-management abilities
  • Proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
