You must have Barista experience. Waiter experience is desirable.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent customer service skills and is great at making coffees. Who can use their initiative when doing tasks and is good at maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Knowing about allergens is desirable but not necessary as we will provide the essential training.

The individual will be responsible for making coffees & drinks with our own recipes, labelling products, counter service , serving customers at table, taking food orders, clearing tables, restocking shelves/fridges, keeping all areas of cafe clean eg. tables, restroom etc.

Ideally we are looking for someone who doesn't mind a bit of elbow grease, if your afraid of hard work or lazy refrain from applying. We need individuals who are proactive, get a great buzz from delivering excellent customer service. You should also be able to cross sell other products in the cafe as well as promote our other services, your monthly service charge will be partially determined by this and other factors.

As well as the salary you will receive monthly service charge based on how well you perform And how well the business performs during the month. And enrolment to our optional pension scheme.

You will be requested to do a trial shift, and an interview post trial either face to face or over the phone.
