Job Overview:
Allied Neuro Therapy Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Referrals Coordinator to join our Office Team. This role is central to ensuring a smooth and efficient referral process for patients and referrers, supporting our clinicians, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
About the Role
As a Referrals Coordinator, you will:
- Receive, process, and coordinate patient referrals promptly
- Communicate professionally with patients, case managers, solicitors, insurers, and clinicians
- Schedule appointments and issue accurate documentation
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with GDPR
- Liaise closely with the Assistant Practice Manager and wider clinical and administrative teams
- Support service quality by monitoring referrals, gathering feedback, and appropriately escalating concerns.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong administrative experience
- Confident in communicating with patients and professionals
- Attentive to detail, accurate, and able to problem-solve
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
- Professional, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification at grade C/Level 5 or above
- A Level or equivalent qualification to include either Maths, English or Science
- Experience in patient-facing or customer service roles
- Administrative and data-entry experience
- Good IT skills and ability to work across multiple systems
- Experience with information management systems.
