Are you an ambitious tax professional ready to broaden your expertise and take on more responsibility? Our client, a respected regional firm, is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior to join their Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio, develop your advisory skills, and progress your career in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

As Corporate Tax Senior, you will:

  • Prepare, complete and submit corporate tax computations for a varied client portfolio

  • Support clients with ongoing tax compliance needs

  • Assist with Research and Development Tax Credit claims

  • Identify planning and advisory opportunities, supporting managers and directors to progress these

  • Liaise with clients and HMRC, including occasional client site visits

  • Manage annual filing obligations (e.g. Employment Related Securities, Non-Resident Landlord Scheme)

  • Respond to ad hoc corporation tax queries from across the firm

  • Mentor and support tax trainees to enhance their development

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

  • ATT qualified (minimum)

  • Minimum 2 years' corporate tax compliance experience within UK practice

  • Proven experience in client service and communication (verbal and written)

  • Some exposure to advisory work and identifying advisory opportunities

Desirable:

  • Experience using Alphatax

  • Full UK driving licence
