We're looking for a confident and creatively-minded
Senior Account Manager
to join a leading culture-first agency known for shaping work people actually want to watch, share, and save. You'll be working across exciting consumer tech and food accounts,helping to bring culturally relevant campaigns to life through smart strategy, creative collaboration, and sharp client handling. If you're fluent in internet culture, love fast-paced agency life, and know what makes content tick on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, this is the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead day-to-day client relationships, managing meetings, updates, and workstreams.
  • Oversee project timelines, briefs, budgets, and approvals to keep everything on track.
  • Provide insightful briefs and clear feedback to creative teams.
  • Collaborate with strategists to bring strong, insight-led ideas to life.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report results, and identify opportunities to scale or improve.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, audience behaviours, and content best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of agency experience, ideally in a social-first role.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube-what works and why.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at once under tight deadlines.
  • Confident leading meetings, presenting ideas, and providing strategic direction.
  • Able to balance creativity and operational detail with ease.

Project Scope & Duration: 6 month contract

Day Rate:
£45k pro rata

Location & Workplace Policy:
Minimum 2 days in-office, with 1 day a week based at the client's HQ
