Summary of role
1) Play a key role in driving Corporate Banking success by delivering proactive credit application support and seamless business operations assistance;

2) Act as a central link between internal departments to streamline business management, enhance portfolio performance, and ensure timely policy updates through efficient data coordination. Assist in the production of risk analysis and recommendations on a portfolio of corporate clients

Key Responsibilities:


• Work closely with Relationship Managers to support all credit-related tasks in both English and Mandarin, including translating and preparing Chinese credit cover letters.


• Assist with KYC checks, client onboarding, and documentation.


• Support RMs in preparing marketing and pitching materials for new and existing clients.


• Initiate and coordinate credit rating and rating review processes.


• Monitor post-loan performance and assist with portfolio management.


• Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirement:


•Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.


• Minimum 3 years' experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Investment Banking (experience in credit analysis or RM support is preferred but not essential).


• Degree-educated, with formal credit or accounting training highly advantageous.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and fast learner, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.


• Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
