What We're Looking For:

Mixologist qualification required - we take our cocktails seriously

Minimum 2+ years bartending experience in a cocktail-focused environment

Expert knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques

Passion for delivering exceptional table service in our intimate 25-seat venue

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during our live music nights

Strong communication skills and a flair for customer engagement

Flexibility to work Thursday-Saturday evenings (5pm-12am)

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Experience in serving beverages in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
