For the right candidate we can upgrade this role to a senior leadership position as our Head Chef / Pit Master is progressing into another role in the new year - we are taking applications from experienced candidates for this role now

An authentic, family run smokehouse, pub & grill based on junction 3 of the M55 between Preston & Blackpool. A unique and very different style of barbecue food with authentic Texas style offset smokers, variety of authentic smoking woods sourced locally & imported from the US .
