A multi-million pound refurbishment has created a chic new luxury spa hotel on the edge of Salcombe Estuary, complete with a coastal retreat spa, private cinema, waterside restaurant with wide outdoor terraces and dedicated wedding venue; all taking in the panoramic vista, overlooking one of the most dramatic coastlines in the UK.

The hotel's Jetty restaurant takes full advantage of its estuary location, with menus created by award winning Chef Alex Aitken and top local chefs delivering fresh and seasonal dishes. Unique to The Jetty is the restaurant's Crustacean Bar, with the day's fresh catch to choose from. With numerous outdoor terraces, enjoy al fresco dining at its most spectacular.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant team. As Waiter/Waitress you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential
