About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Lead to join our Credit & Political Risk team. This role focuses on technical processing, documentation, and portfolio administration ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of transactions.

What you will be doing:

• Entering data into internal systems, including policy loading and premium adjustments
• Submitting FDO and LPANs to Xchanging and managing related queries
• Drafting and processing slips, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
• Maintaining accurate records of policies, renewals, and cancellations
• Monitoring portfolio data, premium flows, and exposure metrics
• Liaising with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to confirm transaction details

Who we are looking for

• Experience with broker systems such as Brokasure or riskSERVE
• Strong technical proficiency in policy processing and documentation
• Prior experience in insurance operations, ideally within credit and political risk
• Familiarity with Lloyd's market practices and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
