As a
Bid Coordinator/Junior Bid Manager
at Credera, you'll play a key role in supporting our Bid Team to deliver high-quality, on-time bid responses for major technology and consulting opportunities — some valued at up to £10 million. You'll be part of a collaborative, growing team that helps shape the future of our business.

Hours

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role within our Client function to provide maternity cover. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes, and so you should expect occasional travel to Credera offices and client sites within the UK as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end-to-end coordination of bid responses, including scheduling meetings, tracking timelines, and maintaining documentation.
  • Assisting in bid qualification and kick-off activities, ensuring key contributors are aligned and deadlines are clear.
  • Coordinating inputs from various stakeholders and consolidating content into structured bid documents.
  • Helping to maintain and update the Bid Library and bid management tools.
  • Communicating regularly with internal teams to chase inputs, manage updates, and flag potential risks or delays.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of bid processes and templates.
  • Managing virtual bid teams with competing priorities and client-facing duties
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records for reporting purposes
  • Ability and willingness to support colleagues across multiple sectors during peak periods

Who you are?

  • You have Bid Management experience, preferably in the Technology Services industry, ideally evidenced by APMP membership / certification to at least Foundation level.
  • Excellent organisational skills including planning, bid document management, diary management.
  • Skilled at proactive risk management and mitigation including early and appropriate escalation of issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills at multiple seniority levels.
  • Microsoft 365 Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) proficiency.
  • Project delivery / execution experience.
  • Experience of working towards tight deadlines and under pressure, often with competing priorities.
  • Innovative problem-solver.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Fast learner and self-starter.
  • Attention to detail.

Desirable skills:

  • Technology delivery experience, especially in Cloud, Data and Digital proposition areas
  • Awareness of, or interest in Technology, Public Sector, Financial Services & Insurance, Energy and Commercial trends
  • Bid management experience within a management consultancy
