F45 High Street Kensington is on route to be set up as the brands most premium studio worldwide.  Working for this branch will be the pinnacle of working within the F45 network.

The coaching teams at our studios are the face and driving force behind our incredible communities.  Your role is all about creating exceptional customer experience within the F45 framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsibility for coaching world class sessions to the membership base.
  • Relentlessly executing the highest levels of customer service.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of studios and changing rooms.
  • Monitoring the quality of studio equipment.
  • Ensuring daily checklists are complete and reported.
  • Participating in external duties regarding events.
