Job Title: Counselling and Safeguarding Coordinator
Are you a qualified counsellor looking for a new challenge — one that lets you use your clinical experience in a different and rewarding way? The Coordination and Safeguarding Team at Let's Talk Well are looking for a Counselling and Safeguarding Coordinator to join their team to provide clinical support to the Let's Talk Well team including allocating clients, safeguarding advice and onward referrals.
At Let's Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.

Place of Work:
Let's Talk Well, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend Let's Talk Well meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.
Terms: Permanent subject to a satisfactory 6-month probation period and funding.
Post: 20 hours per week over a minimum of three days.
Rate of Pay: Grade C £35, £ 37,752.00 per annum, pro rata for part-time employees. Salary dependent on experience.
