SUMMARY

The Global Legal Operations department at Euronet Worldwide Inc. plays a key role in supporting the legal function by optimising processes, streamlining operations and increasing efficiencies. This is a dynamic and evolving role which would suit someone adaptable, proactive and interested in the wider business strategy of a corporate legal department.

We are seeking a highly motivated and details-driven individual to join our growing legal team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal Technology & Automation:

  • Assist with the implementation of the recently deployed Microsoft Copilot AI Tool across the Legal department and scaling adoption of legal-specific AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Test functionality, gather user feedback, and contribute to business cases or implementation plans.
  • Monitor the performance and user adoption of existing legal systems and propose enhancements.

Legal Operations Projects:

  • Participate in department-wide initiatives aimed at improving legal service delivery.
  • Help scope requirements, document workflows, test new solutions, and support change.
  • Take initiative in identifying recurring issues and proposing sustainable solutions.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):

  • Monitor and triage incoming contract and legal service requests to ensure efficient prioritisation and processing from existing CLM.
  • Manage user permissions and onboarding within the system, ensuring compliance with internal access protocols.
  • Check contracts are properly signed by all parties before storing in the document repository system.

Document Repository Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the legal document repository, ensuring documents, and legal templates are accurately filed and easily retrievable.

Legal Procedure & Business Support:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal legal inquiries from various departments, providing guidance on contract procedures, escalation paths, and standard processes.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional service approach to support business teams across global regions.

SharePoint Intranet Administration:

  • Regularly update the legal department's SharePoint intranet page to ensure that internal policies, guidance documents, FAQs, and resources are current and accessible.
  • Coordinate with IT or knowledge management teams as needed for improvements or troubleshooting.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Supporting in the preparation of ad hoc reports.
  • Supporting in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders that summarize trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

E-Signature Coordination:

  • Manage the processing of documents through e-signature platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign), ensuring proper routing, signer sequencing, and timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance with company signature policies.

Training & Onboarding:

  • Deliver introductory training for new hires on legal systems, templates, and engagement processes.
  • Develop quick-reference guides and materials to promote self-service and legal process literacy across business units.
Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrable professional experience in a working environment with AI tools; while we use Microsoft Copilot, experience with other AI platforms or tools is also welcome.
  • Graduated with a minimum of 2:1.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a corporate environment.
  • We will not consider applications if you have completed or are currently studying the SQE.
