A leading VMS organisation is urgently seeking a highly skilled
Quality Manager (Compliance & Commercial Projects)
. This is a critical dual-mandate role focused on ensuring marketplace compliance while leading key commercial growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensuring all primary marketplace accounts and product listings adhere to platform policies and internal quality standards. This includes proactive monitoring of account health, leading root cause analysis for compliance incidents, and swiftly resolving issues with Marketplace Seller Support, Performance, and KYC teams.

Commercial Project Management:
Leading and owning strategic growth projects such as opening new marketplace accounts, international expansion, and setting up on other e-commerce platforms. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project execution and risk.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of
    4 years' experience
    working with Seller Central or equivalent marketplace platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of leading Marketplace and Vendor platform policies.
  • Proven track record in owning and leading commercial projects in an e-commerce setting.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with strong troubleshooting abilities , experienced in managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Project Management Certification (
    Prince2, PMP, Scrum
    is advantageous) , experience with
    Asana
    (preferred) , or background in
    FMCG/nutrition
