Job Title: Property Viewing Agent

Location: Aldridge

Salary: £12 per hour

Commission: up to £750 per month

Milage: paid at £0.45p per mile from our office to viewing

Hours: Saturdays + two days a week (more available)

As a Viewing Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for conducting property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for clients and helping them find their perfect property. You will provide detailed information about the properties, answer any questions, and highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Provide detailed information about the properties, including features, benefits, and any relevant details.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Gather and report feedback from clients after viewings.
  • Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light for viewings.
  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to coordinate viewings and property access.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay informed about company policies and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
