Aran Inc. is currently seeking a TIG Stainless Steel Welder with a minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in piping and welding for the food industry.

Aran Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in custom stainless steel fabrication and piping installation for the food processing sector.

Role

Under the supervision of the site supervisor, the TIG Stainless Steel Pipe Welder is responsible for preparing, assembling, and welding stainless steel equipment parts.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Prepare pipes (cutting, grinding, cleaning) for welding.
  • Assemble stainless steel piping systems according to sanitary standards.
  • Perform high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel (sanitary applications).
  • Conduct weld quality checks, perform required tests (leak, pressure), and make adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a TIG stainless steel welder in the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Solid knowledge of sanitary standards and industry regulations (e.g., 3A, FDA).
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Relevant experience on job sites or in industrial environments.
  • Intermediate proficiency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset.
  • Strong commitment to occupational health and safety.
  • Autonomy, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Punctuality, versatility, and team spirit.
  • Valid driver's license.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional overtime (evenings or weekends)
  • Flexibility for long-distance travel (Québec, Ontario, Western Canada)
