About the Company

This creative design studio in the heart of London, who's clients are all luxury-oriented brands including high end drinks & spirits, as well as the latest in luxury vaping. They are on a roll, with beautiful studios in the heart of London, and a truly collaborative team. The agency is 27 people strong, there are over 12 people in the creative team, a mix of 3D designers, brand designers and CAD technicians, and led by a Creative Director who is an awesome mentor, leader and guide. You'll learn so much from them. Your idea will be heard, valued and championed. This team are 'real', no egos, just passion for the work. And the opportunity to work with amazing clients and create impactful designs.

About the Role

3D Designer or Senior Designer, ideally with 3DSMAX, about 5+ years' experience in a creative agency, with a background or degree in Interiors, Product Design or Branding and Graphics. This agency has an exciting new work stream from a long term client, the development of flagship stores for an upmarket vape brand across all markets. This will require interior design skills in addition to experience and skills in brand marketing design.

Responsibilities

  • Working on tobacco clients will not be full-time but it is a requirement.
  • From small-scale projects to large, from permanent installations to pop-ups, particularly in airports or retail spaces, now being rolled out across the UK and Europe.
  • From gift packaging to immersive experiences, they bring brand values to life with unforgettable, meaningful, and effective design solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years' experience ideally in design.
  • Background or degree in Interiors, Product Design or Branding and Graphics.
  • 3DSMAX skills ideally

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to bring your ideas to life.
  • Great attention to detail – this helps make great design extraordinary.
  • Great and innate sense of aesthetic.
  • Ability to decode a brief and think strategically about design.
  • Prepared to work on tobacco account.
  • Animation experience a bonus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 3DSMAX for modelling & rendering a major plus but not essential.
  • Proactive approach to new learnings and a team collaborator.
  • Enough experience to be able to add value from day one and not need hand-holding and 'bringing on', but not so much that they are set in their ways and have not made the grade to become a senior creative / creative director in their previous roles.

Pay range and compensation package

Hybrid working 3 days, but many of the creatives choose to go in 5 days a week because they learn so much and enjoy the collaboration. Plus a social studio, with kitchens, showers, bike storage and dog friendly in a beautiful mews studio north of Soho.
