About the Role:
This Level 2 Apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in IT, focusing on the essential skills required to support and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure. Working as part of a dynamic IT team, you will receive hands-on experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.

The Apprenticeship Standard you will be trained on is:Hardware, Network and Infrastructure Foundation Apprentice (Level 2)
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line technical support to staff and users.
· Set up, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and peripherals.
· Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic troubleshooting.
· Assist with installing and updating software applications.
· Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Escalate complex issues to senior technicians where appropriate.
· Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
· Follow health, safety, and security procedures in line with company policies.
Training and Qualification:
· You will work towards the Level 2 Hardware, Network and Infrastructure Foundation Apprenticeship Standard.
· Structured on-the-job training alongside dedicated off-the-job learning sessions.
· Mentoring and support from experienced IT professionals.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
· A genuine interest in IT, technology, and problem-solving.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
