We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator at Picktree Court Care Home in Chester-le-Street. Picktree Court is family run and caters for 62 older persons requiring residential care on the ground floor and first floor, with a further 26 beds on the second floor providing nursing care, all to an exceptionally high standard.

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries as the first point of contact, both face to face and over the telephone.

You will support the Management Team and other staff with a variety of general administrative duties, ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner. Maintaining confidentiality is crucial to the role. You will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently.
