What will you be doing?

As a Volunteer Coordinator at PSJUK, you'll be crucial in managing and supporting our volunteer network. This means planning, scheduling, and overseeing volunteer assignments for various projects and events. You'll also build strong relationships with volunteers, addressing their needs, ensuring they're aligned with our mission, and keeping morale high. A key part of your role will be developing and implementing effective communication strategies to keep volunteers informed and motivated. You'll also track volunteer contributions, assess program effectiveness, and organize recognition to celebrate their impact. The main goal is to have a well-coordinated, engaged, and motivated volunteer base that effectively supports PSJUK's initiatives. You'll work closely with the PSJUK team, and while this description covers the core responsibilities, there's some flexibility for how you can contribute, and we welcome your creative ideas to enhance our volunteer efforts.
