Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a long established flooring & soft furnishing contractor, serving customers throughout the UK from their Worcestershire (Kidderminster) based Offices in their hunt for an additional Contracts Manager to assist with the full Management of a varied Portfolio of Projects.

Our clients deal with a variety of types of work but specialise in Retail and Hospitality type installations for some well known national brands. They are now seeking a High Calibre Project / Contract Manager to assist with the management of these jobs.

Our clients are seeking a flooring contract manager who has the following attributes and skills:
  • Experienced in all aspects of running contracts, from initial quantification & tendering through to project completion. 
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing installations of a variety of floor coverings, often to tight deadlines.
  • An eye for Business development whilst managing client relationships.
  • Strong and Confident Personality able to deal with Trades and Professions as well as liaise with internal and external teams as required to ensure a smooth delivery of Installations on time and to price.
  • You will be managing sites in a variety of locations but need to live within commuting distance of our premises in Kidderminster.
