We're looking for a Quality Assurance Operator to join our Quality Engineering team at Snap Inc 

What you'll do: As a Quality Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving product quality standards.

You will: 

  • Perform quality control inspections on incoming stock, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.

  • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products.

  • Document and report inspection results, including non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

  • Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and propose process optimisations.

  • Liaise with other operators and Operational teams to address Quality issues.

  • Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.

  • Complete day to day admin duties, including data management and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques is advantageous.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry systems.

The position  is initially day based but will move to a shift rotation in 2026, It's important the successful candidate can commit to the shift rotation. The role requires you to be onsite during these times.
