Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our client's Adult Social Care team in Somerset. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting them in their own homes and helping them achieve independence.
You will be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team, working closely with health professionals, social care services, and voluntary agencies.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experience within a team environment
- Evidence of partnership working with agencies such as Social Care, Health Services, Voluntary Agencies, or Education
- Knowledge of Social Care practice aligned with HCPC Guidelines, legislation, and client needs
- Strong IT skills for effective data input, manipulation, and retrieval
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- HCPC Registration
- Willingness to pursue further qualifications
Desirable
- Experience working with health professionals
- Varied experience with client groups
- Supervisory experience
- Previous collaboration with health professionals
