Job Description

Production Operative, Weekend Days £12.60 p/h, Weekend Nights £13.69p/h

Orange shift 6am-6pm Alternating weeks

Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Blue shift 6pm-6am Alternating weeks

Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Core Responsibilities

  • As an operative you will Pick items and placing them in customer boxes
  • Ensure that the boxes produced are of the highest quality standards to delight our customers
  • Pick customer orders as per company processes, and strict adherence to food safety policy for the site
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Report food quality issues
  • Supporting the delivery of key departmental KPI's, such as Picking Errors, On Time In Full, GMP audit scores
  • Showcase and role model behaviours evidenced in Gousto Ownership Principles

Who You Are

  • Experienced in Fulfilment / Fast Moving Consumer Goods
  • The role involves standing, moving around our large 300,000 square foot warehouse. You will also be required to lift product when required
  • It is cold Around 3 degrees. You will be given PPE such as coat and boots
  • Can involve working at height in the pick tower
  • You will have the ability to follow procedures and Health & Safety guide

Qualifications

Food safety certificates an advantage
