We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive, and curious analyst to join our Manchester-based Cash & Treasury Operations team. If you love problem-solving, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters, this is the role for you. This is an entry-level role for someone who loves numbers, thrives on detail, and wants to learn how money actually moves through a bank. You'll learn how to manage cash positions, run reconciliations, verify payments, and make sure funds land exactly where they should, when they should.
What you'll do
You'll learn, then own:
Processing GBP/USD payments across multiple schemes
Managing daily cash balances to ensure liquidity is correct
Reconciling transactions across systems + accounts and investigating differences
Supporting post-trade activities and settlements
Contributing to AML monitoring and savings operations workflows
Working across Manchester, London and India teams to resolve issues
Spotting and documenting smarter ways of working

Confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions

A degree with a numerical and analytical foundation strongly preferred
