This vertical axis turbine is designed to meet all critical requirements for viability and scalability in medium energy tidal streams. With its patented breakthrough technology, TT2 has the potential to provide 10% of the UK's power needs within the next decade.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in London and Wales for a senior Offshore Energy Engineer / Project Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the tendering process, contracts, build and installation of the first full scale TT2 demonstrator due to be installed at the Morlais tidal energy demonstration zone off Anglesey. N Wales in H The role will report directly to the 3 founding directors and the board.

Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in the wind or tidal energy industry
  • Proven and demonstrable end to end Project Management success in the energy industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively at home, in London offices and in Wales
