Civet Media is a specialist
healthcare marketing agency
that helps healthcare clinics across the UK attract new patients. We're looking for a personable, detail-driven
Appointment Setter
to join our growing team. You'll be speaking to leads who've already enquired about services, helping them take the next step by booking their initial consultation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, is confident on the phone, and wants to be part of a fast-moving team that genuinely helps people get the care they need.

What you can expect:

  • Freelance position (self-employed) with flexible working hours
  • Remote working, but you're based in Sheffield so we can meet for onboarding and team catch-ups
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team that values communication and results
  • Fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts clinic success

What you'll be doing:

  • Calling and messaging leads to maximise booked appointments
  • Qualifying leads and confirming fit with each clinic's services
  • Scheduling consultations directly into client calendars
  • Following up with leads to keep conversations warm and friendly

What you'll need:

  • Confident, friendly communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability and ability to follow structured call systems
  • Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and good-quality headset
  • Two monitors required for efficient multitasking

The details:

  • Freelance contract (self-employed)
  • £13 per hour
  • 20 hours per week
  • Two positions available
  • Weekday and weekend hours available (we'll agree fixed shifts once hired)
  • Interviews held in our Sheffield office
