Laurelle London is a market leader in the development, formulation and supply of the fragrance, beauty, home fragrance and personal care product categories. We have a broad client base, offering a full creation and production vendor service, working with major high street retailers to launch own brand products, as well as collaborations with celebrities and brands to launch bespoke fine fragrances. We have a strong customer base in the UK and expanding international distribution.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for cold calling wholesalers and distributors, generating leads, promoting our product range, and booking appointments for senior sales team members. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail partners
- Promote Laurelle London's product range and generate new business leads
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent outreach
- Book follow-up meetings and calls for senior sales staff
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and the CRM system
- Use Outlook to manage emails, calendars, and follow-up communications
- Draft and send professional emails to prospective and existing customers
- Follow up on previous contacts and warm leads
- Meet daily/weekly call activity and performance targets
- Support the sales team with additional administrative tasks as required
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven
- Good computer skills, including:
- Strong spreadsheet abilities (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Proficient in Outlook, email writing, and general admin
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
