Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished
UK Visa & Immigration Consultant / Sponsorship Compliance Officer
to join our expert team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a detailed understanding of all UK visa types, CoS & CAS processes, and Sponsor Management System (SMS) administration.

This role involves guiding clients through every stage of the UK visa application process, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing sponsorship obligations, and proactively addressing complex or refused visa cases with effective resilience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on all UK visa categories including Student, Skilled Worker, Dependant, Graduate, Visitor, and other specialised visa routes.
  • Prepare, review, and manage
    CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)
    and
    CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship)
    documentation to ensure full compliance with UKVI requirements.
  • Administer and manage the
    Sponsor Management System (SMS)
    , including Level 1 User and Authorising Officer responsibilities.
  • Develop robust
    resilience and contingency plans
    in the event of visa refusals or delays.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKVI regulations, immigration law updates, and sponsor licence obligations.
  • Respond to client queries professionally, providing clear, accurate, and timely advice.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping, compliance reporting, and internal documentation standards are consistently met.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UK immigration, visa consultancy, or sponsorship management within a licensed organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UKVI policies, Home Office procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SMS tools
    , CoS/CAS management, and sponsor compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.
  • Professional, client-focused approach with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within a licensed Skilled Worker Sponsor organisation.
  • Familiarity with compliance audits and sponsor licence duties.
  • Legal or immigration-related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
