We're looking for a passionate and ambitious
Junior Creative Designer
to join our growing creative team based in London. This role is designed for a recent graduate or emerging creative who's eager to learn, develop their craft, and gain hands-on experience working within a global creative function.

You'll be working alongside a team of talented designers, editors, and motion specialists – supporting the creation of engaging, visually impactful content across multiple channels. Reporting into the
Global Creative Manager
, you'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through design, motion, and video content that connects with audiences around the world.

This role does
not require prior industry experience
, but you'll need to demonstrate a strong creative eye, familiarity with the
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and an ability to show projects you've worked on – whether from university, freelance work, or personal passion projects. Experience or interest in
Figma
is a bonus.

Day to day

  • Support the creative team in the development and execution of design, motion, and video content.
  • Assist in producing digital and social assets for global campaigns, brand communications, and internal projects.
  • Work on a wide range of creative outputs – from static design to animation and short-form video editing.
  • Collaborate closely with other creatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality visual identity.

What we're looking for

  • A creative thinker with a genuine passion for visual storytelling.
  • Confident using
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Able to showcase examples of creative work or projects that demonstrate your skills and ideas.
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn from experienced creatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take feedback.
  • Familiarity with
    Figma
    or other design collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Bonus Points

  • Experience or interest in
    Figma
    or other design collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Some experience with photography, filming, or video editing outside of formal work.
  • Basic understanding of typography, layout, and colour principles.
  • A curiosity for motion design, animation, and storytelling.
