Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting with merchandising, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Multilingual candidates, particularly those who are bilingual in English and Mandarin, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs.
  • Opening and Closing of the Store (Key holder).
  • Banking.
  • Team Training/Coaching.
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Engage with customers to promote products and services, employing upselling strategies where appropriate.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Process transactions accurately while ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as necessary.
  • Utilise basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change to customers.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail management, sales environment is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately, also for banking.
  • A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
