We are now recruiting for a
Cleaner/Labourer
to join our Operations Team.

You will support departmental cleaning operations to uphold high hygiene standards in line with company policies.

Hours of work are
Monday-Wednesday, 7am-6pm and Thursday, 7am-5.30pm
and the salary is
£12.60 per hour + bonus.

The Main Duties Of The Role Are

  • Perform cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety at all times
  • Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
  • Support production teams when needed
  • Maintain high cleaning standards and report any issues to your manager
  • Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Help with general site upkeep, including weeding and litter picking
  • Always act professionally and follow good housekeeping practices
  • Learn and follow company cleaning procedures (VCA COP)
  • Be a team player and assist colleagues when required
  • Treat all internal and external customers with respect and uphold company values
  • Follow all Health & Safety rules relevant to your role and work environment

To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have

  • Previous experience of working as a general labourer/ previous experience of working as a cleaner within a similar environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of safe working practices

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
