We are an Award Winning Dental Practice, looking for an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our fabulous team. We offer the highest standards of Dental treatments including invisalign and implants and the suitable candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside highly trained and skilled Dentists.

We have been training Dental nurses for almost 10 years now and have a supportive training plan that guides apprentices throughout their training journey with us. The Apprentice will have a dedicated Nurse mentor who provides one to one hands on training and regular support. Some of our existing qualified Nurses have been through the same learning journey and are available for guidance and support. Come and talk to us

Full training is provided within the Practice and you will obtain a level 3 diploma in dental nursing on completion of the Apprenticeship.

Kenilworth Dental Practice is located in Kenilworth town centre and has great transport links to Warwickshire and Coventry.

REQUIREMENTS: GCSE Maths and English to C or equivalent

Example of daily duties and roles : Assisting the Dentist in surgery, to include passing the correct instruments or materials, supporting the patient, using a suction tube, preparing the dental surgery in the morning with relevant equipment needed for the day, cleaning and sterilising dental instruments. Emptying clinical waste into the correct containers Processing x-rays Patient support Decontamination of instruments.

Pay will be £7.55/hour during the probation period, £8.60/hour until the end of the first year and £10 - £12.21 (minimum wage) during the second year of Apprenticeship.
