Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven leader of communications who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role will focus on implementing communications, change management and training strategies/plans for new or existing client accounts. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop communications strategies and plans for all impacted stakeholder groups across multiple client projects
- Lead and facilitate execution of all communications deliverables identified in the communications plan
- Support client pursuits, including the development of RFP content, client presentation materials and any other required supporting content
- Assist with internal and client-facing presentations and meetings, including slide deck development
- Manage and coordinate a comprehensive training plan for all account team hires; work closely with workstream leaders to identify training needs and schedule
- Ability to write storytelling messaging and content for internal and client-facing presentations
- Develop and publish weekly client-facing status report, solicit and copy-edit content from all transition contributors
- Support the Transition Leader with overall transition governance and management, as needed
- Participate in team initiatives specific to communications and change management
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Must possess an aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, & OneNote)
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams & SharePoint design and administration
- Proficiency in basic graphic design and document layout
- Superior oral and written communication skills (exceptionally proficient with the English language)
- Flexible, adaptable & resourceful
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with limited instruction or oversight
- Highly creative with a strong attention to detail
- Able to turn a concept into reality
- Fundamental understanding of all aspects of the Corporate Real Estate and FM business
- Ability to form strong interpersonal relationships with CBRE and client teams
- Business Language is English, but fluency in German and / or French a plus (but not a requirement)
