Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant and Head-hunter to join our growing team In this role, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and recruiting high-performing professionals to help take our company to the next level.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and assess top talent across various roles, with a focus on a diversity of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. We have a range of recruiting practices based on Top Grading methodology that we use to attract talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to find top candidates for key roles in risk and compliance.
  • Use various sourcing methods like networking, online platforms, and referrals to build a strong candidate pool.
  • Screen CV's and applications to find candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and potential.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that attract the best talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including campaign planning, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, goal-driven professional with a strong work ethic, eager to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Proven experience as a Head-hunter (or similar role), ideally in consulting or software.
  • Skilled at finding passive candidates and using algorithms to search, interview, and follow headhunting best practices.
  • Able to attract and hire top talent across various roles and levels, both passive and active.
  • Great communicator who builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and online platforms.
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple recruitment projects while meeting deadlines.
  • High-energy and results-focused, always looking for ways to improve and deliver outstanding results.
