We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to craft compelling stories that bring our scientific expertise and global impact to life. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll play a central role in translating complex concepts into content that inspires, informs, and engages audiences across the life sciences sector.

How You Will Add Value
As a Content Manager, you will:

  • Create persuasive, engaging, and on-brand content for digital and print platforms including website, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Develop content strategies that align with Cerba Research's global marketing objectives.
  • Translate complex scientific information into accessible and compelling copy.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices to maximise visibility and engagement.
  • Manage content workflows, including quality review, editing, and analytics-driven optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and scientific experts to ensure content accuracy and impact.
  • Stay current with industry trends to continuously refine messaging and storytelling approaches.

About You
You are a strategic, hands-on writer with a strong scientific foundation and a passion for clear, compelling storytelling. You combine creativity with a solid understanding of the life sciences and digital marketing to deliver high-impact content that resonates with global audiences.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Life Science discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a lead content writer or copywriter in a scientific or healthcare environment, ideally within a CRO, CDMO, biotech, or related life sciences organisation.
  • Skilled in developing long-form scientific content (e.g., white papers, technical blogs, thought leadership) and shorter promotional materials for digital channels and social media.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, accessible narratives. Experience across genomics, histopathology, immunoassays, flow cytometry, and NGS would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital content strategy, and SEO-driven writing for web and campaigns.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with project teams, marketing colleagues, and external creative agencies.
  • Experience managing or contributing to large-scale website projects and content restructures is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working within agile, global environments.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent attention to tone, grammar, and scientific accuracy.
