Présentation de la société Entreprise dans le digital et la télémédecine. Elle a développé une solution complète d'assistance cognitive pour les services de réanimation en hôpital et en clinique afin d'améliorer la prise en charge médicale, éthique et économique des patients

L'entreprise recherche un profil associé avec participation au capital de l'entreprise avec un apport minimal de 20 à 100 k€. · Pas de rémunération jusqu'à la levée de fonds en seed.  A la levée de fonds en Seed, la rémunération du candidat est composée de Salaire fixe annuel brut + bonus.Description Activités principales

· Auditer son organisation et ses concurrents pour identifier les risques et opportunités technologiques (optimisation du système d'information ou amélioration du produit par exemple). Le CTO assure également une veille technologique pour détecter les nouvelles technologies disponibles et saisir leur potentiel éventuel.

· Définir la stratégie d'innovation produit de l'entreprise et élaborer la roadmap pour la mettre en place, comprenant le choix des méthodologies de travail, en coopération avec le Comité de Direction. Dans ce cadre, le CTO est également chargé d'un budget pour l'équipe technique.

· Recruter, gérer et manager l'équipe technique comprenant les développeurs, chefs de produits, architectes, responsables de l'infrastructure, Data Scientists…

· Déployer des projets visant à optimiser le produit de son organisation ou implémenter de nouvelles technologies au sein de ses process et systèmes d'information.

· Reporter sur les actions menées dans le cadre de sa roadmap et superviser les projets techniques

· Contribuer à la stratégie de l'entreprise en apportant son expertise et sa connaissance technique, en tant que membre du Comité de Direction

· Participer aux actions d'avant-vente lors des phases techniques

· Dans une phase initiale (pré-recrutement de l'équipe technique), déploiement des solutions auprès des clients et partenaires, en France et à l'international, développement de fonctionnalités complémentaires

Savoir-faire

· Recruter, encadrer, motiver et former ses équipes de développeurs et de datas scientists

· Conception d'une architecture technique de bout en bout

· Mise en œuvre de la politique de sécurité́ et de performance

· Participation au maquettage des solutions

· Définition des conditions et des procédures d'intégration technique et fonctionnelle

· Préparation de l'industrialisation du développement

· Gestion de projet multi-acteursExigences Plus de 3 ans d'ancienneté́ dans le poste de CTO ou plus de 5 ans d'ancienneté comme Lead Developer

· Plusieurs projets de création de plateforme ou d'application aboutis

· Une connaissance des systèmes d'informations hospitaliers serait un plus

Connaissances

· Expertise technique (système, bases de données, réseaux, sécurité́, performance...)

· Expertise sur les nouvelles technologies (IA, Block Chain, BigData, ...)

· Méthode de développement et d'intégration en mode agile

· Maîtrise des risques

· Être un manager charismatique avec les équipes de R&D et dans la collaboration avec les partenaires technologiques de la société

· Goût du challenge et résistance à la pression

· Réactivité : comprendre les besoins et réagir rapidement en fonction

· Anglais courant
