About the Role

As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. From diagnostics to repairs and component refits, your expertise plays a key role in delivering outstanding results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all MET-related tasks including diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and component removal/refit

• Follow manufacturer-approved methods to ensure accurate, safe, and compliant repairs

• Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues and inform repair plans

• Work closely with Bodyshop and Paint teams to ensure workflow efficiency and repair quality

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Keep your work area organised, clean, and safe

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, electronics, and modern repair techniques

• ATA accreditation preferred, or willingness to achieve it with our support

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence
