The Head of Department ensures that their team instil a love of learning and develop intellectual curiosity in all our pupils. Teaching from the department strives to be excellent; learning should be exciting and consequently our pupils should achieve outstanding results. Of equal importance, and crucial to its success, the Head of Department is responsible for the management, direction, wellbeing and development of all those within the team.
