Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team in our coffee horse box. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in coffee preparation and knowledge of food safety will ensure that our customers enjoy a delightful experience every time they visit.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.

Skills

  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to craft beverages with precision.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent serving skills, with a focus on creating memorable customer interactions.
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques, ensuring high standards of quality.
