Join a progressive studio delivering high-quality residential projects across London. This role is ideal for an Architect with over 5 years post-qualification experience, focusing on Stage 4 technical delivery for multi-unit schemes using Revit. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values creativity, precision, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery for multi-unit residential projects at Stage 4
  • Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to maintain design integrity
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure quality standards are met
  • Contribute to problem-solving and design optimisation during delivery

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in architecture
  • Strong proficiency in Revit for technical design and documentation
  • Proven track record on multi-unit residential projects
  • Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
  • Ability to manage deadlines and lead project delivery
