**Shift Pattern:** Full-time, flexible days and nights. Alternate on-call rota. (Specific hours to be discussed at interview).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Registered Nurse (RGN)** for the pivotal role of **Deputy Manager** at our well-regarded nursing home in Great Yarmouth. This is a superb opportunity for a **Clinical Lead** or senior **Staff Nurse** ready to step up into a leadership position.

As a **Clinical Deputy Manager**, you will provide essential support to the **Home Manager**, taking clinical leadership of the home and ensuring the delivery of exceptional **elderly care**. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide strong **clinical** leadership and supervision to the team of nurses and care staff.

* Manage and maintain electronic care plans, ensuring they are accurate and person-centred.

* Ensure the home operates in full compliance with **CQC** standards and regulations.

* Deputise for the **Home Manager** in their absence, taking full responsibility for the home's operation.

* Lead, mentor, and support a team of **Staff Nurses** and care staff, fostering a positive learning environment.

* Participate in the on-call rota, providing management support out-of-hours.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**

* **Valid NMC PIN** as a **Registered Nurse (RGN)**.

* A minimum of **3 years of experience** in a **Deputy Manager**, **Clinical Deputy Manager**, or **Clinical Lead** role within a **nursing home**.

* Extensive and proven experience in managing **medication rounds** and complex clinical procedures.

* In-depth knowledge of **CQC** competencies and the evidence needed for a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating.

* Proficiency in using **electronic care plans** and digital clinical systems.

* A strong leader with the ability to motivate a team and work flexibly across days, nights, and an on-call rota.
